We are aware of a message circulating under the title “Indonesia’s BREN Uncovers Major Gold Reserve in Ijen Geothermal Project”, which falsely claims to be authored by Mr. Prajogo Pangestu, Chairman of Barito Pacific Group.

We wish to formally and unequivocally clarify that this message did not originate from Mr. Prajogo Pangestu, nor from any official or authorized representative of Barito Pacific Group or its subsidiaries.
    
We urge the public and market participants to exercise caution amid a growing number of attempts to impersonate representatives of Barito Renewables or misrepresent information related to our operations.
