PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI Group) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the ticker symbol "CDIA" on July 9, 2025. Through this initial public offering (IPO), CDI Group raised IDR 2.37 trillion by issuing 12,482,937,500 new shares at IDR 190 per share. High market interest was reflected in the 563.64-fold oversubscription from the bookbuilding period of June 19–24, 2025, through the public offering period of July 2–7, 2025.

The proceeds from this IPO will be used to strengthen the businesses of CDI Group's subsidiaries, particularly in logistics, ports, and storage.
