Jakarta, 25 September 2020 - PT Barito Pacific Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 24 September 2020 at Wisma Barito Pacific, Jakarta, with the observance of strict health protocols. This EGMS was headed by Mr. Henky Susanto, an Independent Commissioner of the Company. The EGMS accepted the resignation of Mr. Andry Setiawan as the Company’s Director and approved the appointment of Mr. David Raimond Sulaiman and Mrs. Diana Arsiyanti as the new Directors of the Company effective at the close of the EGMS.
