PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (CAP) is a merger of two biggest chemical producer companies in Indonesia, PT Tri Polyta Indonesia (TPI) and PT Chandra Asri (CA). Since the merger in 2011, CAP became the biggest Indonesia’s publicly listed petrochemical company. Currently, Barito Pacific Group and SCG Chemical Co., Ltd. (SCG), a subsidiary of SCG Group, are the main shareholders of CAP.
PT Griya Idola was established in 1989 as a company that manages the properties of Barito Pacific, including Wisma Barito Pacific, the head office of Barito Pacific and several of its subsidiaries, as well as other property assets in Jakarta. In line with its development, PT Griya Idola began to expand to industrial and commercial property development.
Indo Raya Tenaga (“IRT”) is a joint venture between PT Barito Pacific Tbk (49%) and Indonesia Power (51%) that is developing 2 x 1,000 MW coal-fired project (Java 9 and 10) in Banten Province. IRT’s office is located at Sentral Senayan.
