The Board of Commissioners have tasks and responsibilities of overseeing and advising the Directors on office policy matters. The Board of Commissioners continuously monitor the effectiveness of policy implementation and of the decision making process by the Directors, including the implementation of strategy to meet stakeholder expectations.

 

  • Prajogo Pangestu
    President Commissioner

    Prajogo Pangestu, founder of Barito Pacific Group, has served as President Commissioner of
    PT Barito Pacific Tbk since 1993. 

    Previously he served     as President Commissioner of PT Tri Polyta Indonesia Tbk from 1999 to 2010, Board of Commissioners of PT Astra International from 1993 to 1998, President Director of PT Chandra Asri from 1990 to 1999, Director of the Djajanti Timber Group from 1969 to 1976, and President Director of the Company from 1977 to 1993.
     

  • Harlina Tjandinegara
    Commissioner

    Harlina Tjandinegara was appointed as Commissioner of PT Barito Pacific Tbk in June 1993.

    She began her career as a Commissioner of PT Barito Pacific Lumber in 1976.

  • Didi Achdijat
    Commissioner

    Didi Achdijat has served as Commissioner of PT Barito Pacific Tbk since June 2000.

    Previously has served  as Commissioner of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty from 1994 to 1997,
    and Director of PT Taspen from 1990 to 2002.

  • F. Parno Isworo
    Commissioner

    Served as Commissioner of PT Barito Pacific Tbk since July 2009.

    Previously had served as a Chief Financial Officer in PT. PLN (Persero) from 1998 -2008 and a Senior Advisor - Power Sector Specialist in the PA Consultant, worked for BAPPENAS on
    Public Private Partnership Central Unit project - Geothermal Power Project Support in 2008. In 2011, he joined Castlerock Asia as Senior Advisor - Power Sector Specialist, worked for Indonesian Clean Energy Development (ICED) project for the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

  • Rifqi Musharnanto
    Commissioner

    Served as Commissioner of PT Barito Pacific Tbk since July 2009.

    Served as Audit & Administration Director of PT Chandra Asri for the period 2002-2008. Previously, he joined Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) and was appointed Team Leader of Loan Workout (LWO) in Asset Management Credit (AMC) division from 2000-2002. Before joining IBRA, he worked in several banks and investment companies.
